What you get

Everything you need on the walk, and a report at the end

Checklists your way

Yes/no, your own answer sets, readings with limits, ratings, 5×5 risk scores, tick boxes, times, photos and signatures. You choose which answers count as a finding.

Photos you can mark up

Take a photo or pick one from your gallery, then circle the problem so nobody has to guess what you meant.

A report people will read

The PDF opens with the findings and actions, then the pass rate, then the detail. Remarks, due dates and sign-off included.

Reminders for the next visit

Set how often a site needs checking. On Android, SiteNote reminds you on the day. In both versions it keeps a list of what's upcoming and overdue.

Your files, your Drive

Share reports, backups and CSV files to your own Google Drive, OneDrive or email. You decide where they go.

Works with no signal

Basements, plant rooms and remote sites are fine. The Android app never needs the internet, and the web version keeps working offline once it has loaded.

Ready-made templates

Start in a minute, whatever you inspect

  • ManufacturingProduction line quality check
  • Health & safetyWorkplace safety walk
  • Retail & salesStore visit checklist
  • FacilitiesBuilding and services check
  • RadiationAct 304 compliance

Each one is a starting point. Change the questions, add your own sections, and save it as your template.

How your data is handled

Nobody sees your inspections but you

  • Stored on your device. Audits, photos and signatures live on your phone or in your browser.
  • No internet access. The Android app doesn't ask for it, and the web version is blocked from sending data anywhere.
  • No tracking. No ads, no analytics, no crash reporting.
  • Backup is your choice. Google backup is off unless you switch it on. When it's on, Android saves an encrypted copy to your own Google account.
  • The developer never receives your data. There is no server to send it to.

Good to know

A few honest limits

  • Up to 5 saved audits and 5 of your own templates on the device at a time. Export or share finished ones to make room.
  • Because nothing is in the cloud, clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes your audits. Keep a backup file somewhere safe.
  • No team dashboards or shared accounts. That's on purpose: they would need a server.
